Black water down 300 ft.

This is the other end of the equation, the previous animations depict a graphic representation of the physics involved in a faceted Shark generating a sound wave capable of travelling great distances underwater.  At around 200 ft down, it is jet black, no light; only sound.  This is how these amazing creatures have survived for millions of years.  Let's do our bit to make sure they have millions more.

Shark Cannonballs  If anybody is wondering exactly how the lateral line on a fish works, this is a pretty good representation. We checked with a number of fish biologist all over the world, for accuracy, used just a little bit of artistic licence (my son) but he nailed it. A low frequency infra sound wave (the kind generated by the air bladder on a bait fish) can literally travel for miles. This is the ultra high tech sensory system of a king salmon. Basically it explains how and why king salmon make a bee line for a faceted Shark.
