Team Extreme in Bornholm 2014: Shark Tournament Spoons


Oh so close!  Ove Johansson, Andres Johansson, and Dan Alpsten, otherwise known as Team Extreme from Sweden were riding high in 13th place on the scoreboard after day 3, in a field of 336 Viking fishermen. The bite dropped off in the last day, and so did the hopes of Team Extreme. 35 is a very respectable finish in such a big competition.  We are grateful Team Extreme had the confidence to use Shark Cannonballs and Shark Tournament Spoons during the competition.  We are really glad the Shark combination worked so well, and Team Extreme caught lots of big salmon.

 Hi Ed,
We had tough times during the TMB 2014!
The Baltic Sea is not an easy fishing place.  We found big fish on training day, (two fish over 30 lbs!) but when the competition began they were gone.  We struggled to find them, but no success this year!  We had great fishing with Shark Cannonballs and Shark Spoons.  Especially the watermelon glow spoon fishing right behind the Chrome Shark at 35 -55 ft depth!  Anders and Dan want to go to TMB 2015

Shark Pro Staff, Ove Johansson from Team Extreme in Sweden is one Extreme Viking Fishermen, he has been using Sharks to catch big fish for the past 14 years, including a few national championships.  Ove caught this beautiful Artic Char behind a Chrome Shark yesterday.  Team Extreme has also been testing Shark Tournament spoons in Sweden for the past 2 years; just to make sure they work.
