If you want to save your country

I have gone to the trouble of transcribing Dr. Peter Gliddens video. Personally, I think it is the best narrative I have ever heard on the subject. I believe I have heard most of them.  He speaks in street language, he is easy to understand.  If you want to save your country and your way of life, you need to save yourself first.  This is how to do it.

… I want to talk about another popular drug, the drug with the most sales in 2013 was an anti psychotic: one of them was Avila. $6.4 billion on its own. Two of the top five were in the same drug class How concerning is that the that that business has grown so big? is something

Well is extremely concerning and if we take if back a step, if we drill it down a little more, the greater concern is these drugs are on the rise ; we must assume these drugs are being prescribed prudently. The doctor's are just not willy nilly prescribing these things, that the patients are presenting with real symptoms in real time that are bothering the patient. So what does this mean? This means that psychoactive illnesses of brain chemistry are on the rise.
What can possibly be causing that?

That drug, among other things , plus a fat free diet, plus not enough raw materials for the central nervous system to function properly. The greater question is what is causing so many people to need psychoactive medication? And from my point of view, the main nutrients involved where funky brain chemistry for lack of a better word. Trace Minerals. There are 90 minerals that your body needs to function optimally, 90. 60 minerals, 16 vitamins and 12 amino acids and 2 essential fatty acids. The lions share, things like calcium, selenium, zinc, sulphur and strange peculiar trace minerals like europium vanadium and chromium that most people have never heard of. The body needs minerals inn order to have optimized brain function. These minerals are everything.

Linus Pauling, two time Nobel prize winner one of his most famous quotes is 'You can trace every chronic disease back to a mineral deficiency' So the funny thing about minerals is, and this is one of my specialities, one of the areas of medical nutrition I know a lot about. I have had tons of experience with, Minerals are only found inn the soil. Animals can not make minerals, Plants can not make minerals. If plants can make minerals, we could bio engineer lettuce to make gold. We would all be rich. A cows body can not make calcium. So where does the cow get calcium? From eating grass which was grown in soil containing calcium. Now if there is no calcium in the soil, or 10%. There will be no calcium in the cows body, or only 10%. And so forth and so on. It all goes back to the soil.

Because the soil is minerally deficient, our bodies are minerally deficient. And this is getting bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger because of two things. Number one – modern agricultural methods. Because we remove the bacteria in the soil, the bacteria in the soil digests the minerals in the soil and then the plans suck up the digested minerals and we eat the plants. So, because of modern agricultural methods with pesticides and extreme pesticides, The bacteria in the soil is being killed so even if the minerals are in the soil, which they are not the bacteria are not present to digest them. And the plant is going to be minerally deficient. When the plant is minerally deficient guess what, the farmer sees the plant is weak. So the farmer needs to use more pesticides to put on the plants to keep the bugs from eating them because they don’t want to use the crop. So its a vicious circle that leads to more and more, and more and more pesticide use. And weaker and weaker plants. Now when you harvest nutriciently deficient plants, they taste like crap.

What does the food industry have to do to get you to eat them, put sugar in the food. This is one of the reasons sugar consumption has gone up like 800%, its crazy how much sugar we use here. And like you know its not like the sugar industry is out to destroy humanity, its because the food tastes like crap. Why does the food taste like crap? Because the food is grown in minerally deficient soil, so every bodies bodies are becoming more and more mineraly deficient, as we go further and further in time. When you combine bad farming processes which are snowballing with extreme mineral deficiency with one other thing, peoples bodies get miner deficiencies accelerate to an extreme degree. Whole grains, wheat, barley, rye and oats contain gluten.

Gluten is a protein. The protein is like a long chain of amino acids, its like a string of pearls, it is the stomachs job is to break down the string of pearls, to liberate the amino acids, which are essential nutrients. But the chemical bonds which hold the amino acids of gluten together, are really really difficult for most people's stomach acids to break. So if you eat a whole wheat sandwich, you chew it up, you swallow it, it goes down into your stomach, the acid in your stomach tries to break the string of pearls of the protein in the gluten, but it can't do it. So now, instead of individual amino acids tumbling through the small intestines, which is the next stage of digestion, you get these big complicated architectural strings of protein; undigested protein.

Now your small intestines job is to adsorb the nutrients that your stomach has just turned into liquid into the bloodstream, and your small intestine does that through tiny tissue called villi; they are like octopus arms. The job of the villa is to grab on to a nutrient and bring it into the bloodstream. Right. Well when the villa attempts to grab onto an individual amino acid, no problemo. But when the vila attempts to grab onto a long complicated chain of unbroken amino acids, they become destroyed or they become inflamed. Now it's the vilies job to absorb nutrients, which leads to one of life's greatest ironies; the more whole grains you eat, the harder it is for your body to absorb the nutrients your stomach just digested. So not only are the foods minerally deficient because the soils are minerally deficient but your bodies ability to adsorb what little nutrient there is in the food is extremely compromised because you listened to General Mills, Proctor and Gamble, Monsanto and the people that make the food. It is a bad idea to let the people who make the food give you advice about the food you eat. Four of the most dangerous foods on planet earth; wheat, barely, rye and oats. My recommendation for everyone across-the-board is to stop eating these foods completely for four weeks in a row, four weeks, four weeks in a row; 28 days. Then on day 29, eat a lot of gluten.

Have pancakes for breakfast, have a sandwich for lunch, have cookies and crackers and pasta for dinner, and see how you feel. As god as my witness, if you make it to lunch without something bad happening, I will eat my hat. This is one of the most net net negative things overlooked in the country. This is a deadly combination of not enough minerals in the soil period, and then interrupting your bodies to adsorb what little nutrients there are, and this is why chronic diseases are exellerating, like autism, right.

We believe autism is caused by bad nutrition in the blood of the pregnant mother. As the fetus is developing it needs raw materials to make a brain, make a heart, make a liver, make a kidney. You can't make that out of pixy dust and air. The body needs 90 essential nutrients, 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, 2 essential fatty acids, but they are not in the blood of the mother because she is eating whole wheat cereals, and skim milk and margarine and is avoiding salt like the plague. So from the proper perspective with all of the data points, it all starts to make sense. But because the MD's are trained in an old fashioned, out dated, archaic, dangerous understanding of the human body, they completely miss all the most important things. Their job is not again to fix the problem. You can't fix a nutrient deficiency disease with a drug. You can manage it, which is better than suffering from the disease, I guess. But it is better, don't you think, especially in the United States of America to try to get to the root cause of what is causing the problem, and fix it. That's what we do.
